I noticed we have woodworking, textiles, and boat building forums , but we don't have a specific forum for blacksmithing. I haven't seen many posts concerning the topic so it may be frivolous to set up a forum for it.
Over the summer I plan to tinker in it (building a forge ,bellows, and turning out some simple projects) so we'll see how that turns out.

Anyways, just a thought.

I think rather than produce another forum, I would sooner blacksmithing was posted in The Homestead forum, & the items you make posted in the relevant forum, e.g. Equipment, Supplies & Tools.
Keith.
